Item# 30090: Recombinant Dengue Antigen D4 Envelope Protein (E.coli)
Concentration: see vial
Mass/vial: see vial
Solids: 50mM NaCl,50mM Tris, pH8.5, 0.02%SDS
Physical State: Frozen Liquid
Stability: At least 36 months at -750C
Applications: Elisa/Western Blot, Dengue Diagnostics
Description: Synthetic Dengue virus D2 Envelope DNA sequence, amino acid residues 1-416, expressed as a fusion protein in the E.coli Expression System.
Purification: This protein is purified by Ni affinity chromatography to >95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE, reduced.
Molecular Weight: approx. 75kD.
Specificity: This protein binds to murine monoclonal antibodies – structural epitopes, and to Dengue virus converted human serum antibodies as determined by Elisa, Western Blots and by one-step lateral flow diagnostic testing.
Application and Instructions for use:
Recommended concentrations for use are approximate values. Elisa is performed in 1-2ug/ml protein range for tittering Dengue virus converted human polyclonal antibodies. Concentrations if 1-2mg/ml (1-2ul/cm) are recommended for Lateral Flow Diagnostics.
