Shipping policy
Domestic
- All orders within the continental United States are shipped via Mercury or Federal Express Express next day service (FOB Woburn, MA)
- The shipping cost varies based on the location and the size of the shipment. The final cost of shipment will be sent to the customer after few days of delivery
- Handling/Dry-Ice (if applicable) charge for domestic packages is a cumulative of $30.00
International
- All foreign shipments are shipped via Federal Express International (Priority) 2 day service unless otherwise arranged by the customer
- Shipping/Handling/Dry-Ice charge for International packages is between $150-$300 (~$100 for Canada) depending on location of shipment
- International shipments are generally scheduled for shipment on Monday or Friday
- All orders are shipped after a verified form payment has been provided - Credit Card
