Diluent: 20mM Tris, pH 8.0
F/P Ratio: 2 - 4
Stability: At least 12 months at -75°C
Minimum Dilution: 1 : 100
Applications: Dot Blots, FACS, Immunohistocytology, Immunoflorecence
Description: Fluorescene conjugated tat HIV-1 MN (E.coli).
Molar Ratio: 3-4 molecules per molecule of tat.
Specificity: FITC-conjugated tat binds to murine monoclonal antibodies of defined epitope specificity and rabbit polyclonal antibodies: dot blot assays detected less than 10ng of tat – long and short UV fluorescent tests.
Biological Activity: Not Determined
Application and Instruction for use:
Recommended dilutions for use are approximate values. A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications. FITC staining assays may be performed at dilutions of 1 : 50 range depending on the concentration of test ligand in the test system.
